Siji Oduwusi

Siji Oduwusi is the Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer of Blue Turtle Technologies Limited – a leading multinational
ICT company with offices in Nigeria and South Africa. Over the last 20 years, he has worked extensively with numerous multinational organizations where his expertise in business strategy, planning, and financial analysis has always
been of immense importance to business growth.

With a background in the banking sector, he gained substantial experience spanning audit, financial control, treasury, international, and domestic operations, and business development and intelligence. He has been instrumental in pulling together various large ICT transactions in the areas of infrastructure and telecommunications. Siji has contributed significantly to
strategic business expansion, growth, and operations with excellent management skills and deep knowledge in business
expansion and growth.

Siji is an economist by training and obtained a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Lagos. He is also an alumnus of
the Lagos Business School Advanced Management Program, and a member of the Institute of Directors, the FintechNGR
Network, the Nigerian-British Chamber of Commerce, and the Information Technology Association of Nigeria (ITAN).
Presently, he holds board positions in companies in different sectors across Nigeria and other West African countries.

Technical Director

Peter Boden

Peter has been actively involved in the IT industry for 36 years, with the last 15 years focussing on service
management predominantly in Telco, Banking, Oil sectors, and Outsourcing companies.
He has worked for several corporate organizations which greatly added to his skill-set and continued enthusiasm for his
subject.

This has given Peter the ability to report to management of on or offshore-based companies in England,
France, Spain, and, more recently, South Africa. He has a great depth of knowledge on the functionality delivered with the enterprise application suite of management products, different call center technologies, and multiple Business Service Management (BSM) tools and philosophies.

Having been in operational management for many years, he is hands-on in his approach to Call Centre, Service Desk,
Enterprise Management, Operations processes, and data center disciplines. Peter has a great ability to understand a
client’s business and functional requirements, then translate them to technical requirements, followed by the implementation of
the solution. And an understanding of the business drivers behind IT departments is critical to meeting service deliverables within the customer base.

Sales Director

Olumade Adesemowo

A seasoned business development executive with over 20 years of experience in various management and executive roles focused on enterprise technology sales across West Africa.

Early in his career, he worked as a 2nd and 3rd line IT support analyst at Shell Nigeria’s Port Harcourt HQ in Nigeria.
Subsequently, he has led the successful delivery of multiple multi-million-dollar projects at numerous client sites
including MTN, UBA, Maersk, etc.

Most of the projects involved working with large teams of internationally sourced resources. Olumade holds a B.Sc. in Computer Science from the University of Agriculture Abeokuta and various globally recognized executive management professional
qualifications. He sits on the Board of Blue Turtle Technologies Limited as the Executive Director, Business Development and Sales.

Chief Finance Officer

Balogun Oluyemi

Yemi Balogun is a versatile financial expert proficient in full-cycle financial accounting, budgeting, pricing strategy, project
management, and financial analysis.

His multivariate experiences at management levels cut across the various sectors of the economy from the public sector,
construction, oil and gas, information technology to agriculture. Yemi is also a business developer and an entrepreneur.

Service Delivery Manager

Bukola Olutuyibi

Bukola is an enthusiastic and result-driven professional with over twelve years of end-to-end systems analysis and project
management experience managing and supporting enterprise service management systems across various industries
including telecommunication, banking, as well as oil & gas where she has successfully led projects and also functioned in
the capacity of a technical consultant.

Bukola is a certified ITIL Foundation and project management professional with a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science
(Information Systems) and a Master’s degree in Business Administration.

System Analyst

Oluwaseun Onagoruwa

Oluwaseun graduated from the University of Leicester with a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science.
She has been working in the IT industry for over 5 years and is specialized in the installation and configuration of
applications.

Oluwaseun is a quick learner with endless creative energy and is always ready to learn and explore new things.
